Pennywerth offers personal assistance to paying customers who need help with a wide range of services. Because of our diversity in such services, Pennywerth does not possess any special tools, supplies, or equipment other than a work truck that provides transportation of bulk items, and the equipment that is used to secure and protect the load to be transported, as well as a few special equipment such as push mower, weed eater, pressure washer, and window cleaning supplies. Pennywerth typically uses any necessary supplies, tools, and equipment provided by the customer for their requested services, and it is the customers responsibility to make sure all tools, supplies, and equipment functions properly, and the work area is in good condition to start and complete the service requested. Pennywerth is not responsible for any damages, mechanical failure, or wear of any items, supplies, tools, equipment and property that is used during all services provided. Pennywerth owns the right to cancel or reschedule a service at any time for any reason. If a Pennywerth employee is forced to resign from continuing to provide service to the customer for any negligence, breach of an agreement or the terms and conditions, or if a customer cancels a service after an agreement has been signed and the process has begun, the customer is responsible for paying the full amount of the service charged by Pennywerth. If a Pennywerth employee completes a service sooner than the estimated time requested by the customer, the service is considered done at that time and will be rounded up to the nearest 30-minute increment from the hour for the time of service to be charged to the customer accordingly. Pennywerth is not obligated to provide any services involving childcare, animals, or with an animal present that is not safely secured in an enclosed location unless we are provided with legal documentation of it being a safe service animal. If inclement weather or other conditions that negatively impact continuation or the start of services, the services will be rescheduled for another time agreed upon by Pennywerth and the customer. Pennywerth is not obligated to provide any refunds for any reason. There is a 30-minute minimum for paid service in the city, and a 1-hour minimum for paid services in the county.
