We recognize the best way to communicate emotionally is through personalized letters, where you have time to think and get a message out in more detail and expect a well thought out and emotionally driven response, as opposed to phone calls, texts, or in person conversations that can get cut short by time or emotional breakdowns. We are not professional or licensed therapists, psychologists, or psychiatrists and do not offer diagnosis of any kind.
